I am Valia Lavdogianni, Lead Product Designer at Interamerican in Thessaloniki, working on Anytime. 10 years of product design, most of it inside regulated industries: insurance, banking, trading. Before insurance, trading at ZuluTrade and banking at Piraeus Bank. A flow in any of them has to survive a compliance review and still be usable by someone who is anxious and in a hurry. The second half is the part nobody gets assigned. On Anytime I owned a six-month MVP that passed 150,000 downloads and moved claims from multi-day paperwork to same-day, now running in three countries. I have also worked in telephony, real estate, coaching and e-commerce.
