As part of the UX Team and the cross-functional Rapid Response Team, I contributed to the design of new features across three major products—B2C, B2B, and web banking. Each project brought its own set of constraints, where we had to move fast, rely on internal data, and solve for complex, high-stakes user flows in a highly regulated environment.
