Problem 
Statement

The goal of this UI/UX project is to redesign the website, infusing it with a higher level of engagement and user-friendliness. The new design should not only captivate visitors but also align with contemporary design principles and integrate modern technologies. By doing so, the aim is to enhance the user experience, encourage longer interactions, and ensure the website remains relevant in the rapidly changing digital landscape.

After analysing Educational & Robotics Market, we found that the majority of existing institutes and online platforms engage more with parents and adults.

Target Audience

This market caters to parents and guardians who are interested in providing their children with hands-on learning experiences in emerging fields such as robotics, coding, and technology.

  • The global market for STEAM education was projected to reach several billion dollars by 2026, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 12% from 2021 to 2026.

  • The integration of arts into STEM education (creating STEAM) was gaining popularity due to its focus on creativity and innovation alongside technical skills.

User Persona

As part of the research phase, I created a snapshot view of the target audience. The user goals and pain points helped us to gain a better understanding of the problem we were solving.

It was clear enough that parents were our main and unique target.

User Stories

Based on the persona insights, I started to breakdown and map out the different user needs and goals by turning them into epics and stories. This helped me to further define the product's scope, as well as the functional requirements and features.

Imporant questions to be answered​

  • What are the frictions users experience in their customer journey?

  • How do these frictions influence customers’ behavior?

  • Where is that point users leave a website?

  • Difficult customer journey / Confusing​
     

  • 3/5 contact via email or phone number to ask questions

  • There wasn't a clear CTA in the website

UX Audit

A User Experience Audit (UX Audit) is a way to pinpoint less-than-perfect areas of a digital product, revealing which parts of a site are causing headaches for users.

At this point UX Audit help us identify and organize our roadmap and make some important decisions about the redesign of the website

Research on competitors, expand branding elements, reuse and enhance existing elements

Thoughts & Proposals

During this phase of the project, I 've proposed and present various ideas about the whole product strategy that derived from the research I've done. 
We managed to make a more firendly and modern website but for the future, I 've proposed to the clients to reconsider the use of website, create downloadable material in order to engage more with the target audience and make them use the website for various reasons.
